Right of withdrawal/cooling-off period Welcome to Simhuis!

You have the right to cancel your order with us up to 14 days after receipt, stating the reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. For a return, we charge 10% of the product's value to cover the minimal costs we incur. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all supplied accessories, must be returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@simhuis.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Certain products and/or services purchased via this webshop or directly from Simhuis are custom-made according to the specifications you provided. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Consequently, the sale is final upon successful payment. We will always notify you of this.
